2. Order and Sale Process

Placing an order on duarterafaelratolima.pt works as follows:

  • Enquiry submission: You submit your name and phone number. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract.
  • Telephone confirmation: A member of our team contacts you to confirm the order details, delivery address, and delivery window. The contract is formed at the point of confirmation during this call.
  • Dispatch: Once confirmed, your order is dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • Payment: Payment is made in full by cash or card to the courier at the point of delivery. No payment is required in advance.
  • Prices: All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price charged. Current price: £36.99 per pack of 90 capsules.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch - by informing our team during the confirmation call or by emailing us. If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse the parcel at the door at no cost. See our Return Policy for returns after delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nerova Restore is a food supplement. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information on this website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
